• Credit can be in your bio, caption, or description (ex: “design by @username”). ✿ Edits & Changes • You may change or customize the character (outfits, colors, accessories, lore, etc.).
• Please don’t alter the design so heavily that it’s no longer recognizable without credit.
• No trading or selling my designs to others without my explicit permission.
• Normally not allowed, and if you have any questions or concerns, make it clear to me before purchase. These are not tradeable assets. ✿ Inspiration • Do not steal, trace, or heavily reference my designs.
• Using an adoptable as “inspiration” to recreate a very similar character is not allowed.
• Minor similarities are fine; direct copying or near replicas are not. ✿ Refunds • All sales are final. No refunds once the adoptable has been sent.

✦ Personal use includes:
• Using the character for OCs, roleplay, or stories
• Posting art of the character on social media (with credit)
• Profile pictures, banners, and personal icons
• Non-profit projectsCommercial Use — $85
✦ Commercial use includes anything that makes money or promotes a brand, such as:
• VTuber or avatar designs (VRChat, PNGtuber, etc.)✦ Non-personal use, meaning the character is used in projects that generate income.
• Merch (stickers, prints, keychains, apparel, etc.)
• Any use tied to a business or brand• Commercial buyers must still credit me as the original designer. ✿ Final Notes
• Prices are per character.
• All other TOS rules still apply to both personal and commercial use.
